Your rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:30 a.m.
We are sorry, but you are not allowed to bring your pet.
We do have a parking space, but guests who arrive by environmentally friendly public transportation are simply trendier.
Yes, our guests receive the advantage card HOLIDAYPASS during their stay and can therefore travel through South Tyrol with all regional public transportation. Additionally, they can enter many museums and leisure facilities for free or at reduced prices! Isn't that wonderful?
You can pay your bill in cash, debit card, or credit card (except Amex and Diners). A bank transfer before the start of your holiday is also possible.
At the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booked amount is to be paid via bank transfer, which, in case of cancellation, will remain entirely at the accommodation.
The remaining amount will be paid directly on-site.
But what if something unexpected comes up?
No worries – we’re understanding folks.
But we’re also a small, sustainability-focused hotel, so here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation – no hard feelings
30 to 7 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
From 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total – a real shame to miss the good times!

· At dinner you can choose between 2 menus, and it begins with an amuse-bouche and a salad buffet followed by a starter and main dish, as well as a sweet dessert buffet and a cheese selection.
· On Sundays in summer our kitchen is closed so that we can take a short break.
· Special dishes for intolerances, but no dietary cuisine.
· Vegetarian dishes on request
· Wine cellar with a wide selection of high-quality wines.
